Penn Hill Retirement Living Update

Our development of 37 retirement apartments within the Branksome Park conservation area in Poole has recently started on site.

Permission for the scheme, which replaces 3 bungalows, was granted following an appeal inquiry. The Planning Inspector described our design as a “well considered and high-quality response to the site” and commented that the scheme would result in “an overall enhancement of the conservation area’s character and appearance”.
