Best New Building Award for Ivy Close

We have received the ‘Best New Building’ award from The Portsmouth Society for Ivy Close, a sustainable council housing development of 51 flats and 6 townhouses which forms part of the Somerstown & North Southsea Area Action Plan. The judging panel remarked that the development felt like a village within the city.
