Planning Consent in East Hampshire We’re delighted to share that planning permission has been approved for a new family home in East Hampshire. The project will transform a former care home site by demolishing the existing buildings and replacing them with a new landscape-led dwelling and a series of subservient ancillary buildings, arranged in a traditional homestead / courtyard layout. The approved design takes inspiration from local country houses, using a carefully selected palette of local stone and natural slate, with craftsmanship-led detailing to ensure the new home sits quietly and confidently within its rural setting. Alongside the architecture, the scheme includes a comprehensive package of landscape and ecological enhancements, retaining key tree belts, improving biodiversity, rewilding areas of hardstanding, and creating a more sustainable long-term relationship between the house and its parkland context.
