Planning Submitted for Horton Heath Primary School

We’re pleased to announce that planning has been submitted for the Horton Heath Primary School, Sports Facilities and Allotments.

Located at the heart of the One Horton Heath masterplan, the proposals create a landmark civic destination that brings together education, recreation and landscape to support the growing community. The scheme includes a three-form entry primary school, community sports facilities, allotments and extensive green infrastructure, creating a connected neighbourhood hub alongside the Local Centre.

The design has evolved through careful site analysis, stakeholder engagement and close collaboration with the wider consultant team. A flexible layout allows the school to grow alongside the development, while landscape-led design, active travel connections and community facilities ensure the site remains welcoming and accessible beyond the school day.

Together, the proposals create more than a school—they establish the heart of a new community, providing a place where learning, wellbeing and nature come together for future generations.
