Consent at Committee for The Folds

Eastleigh Borough Council’s Planning Committee has resolved to grant approval for our Reserved Matters application for The Folds at One Horton Heath a consent that will provide 629 new homes.

The committee recognised that the proposals delivered a design rooted in strong placemaking principles, integrated green infrastructure and a coherent movement strategy, underpinned by robust technical work.

We worked hard to create neighbourhoods that will be enjoyable to inhabit and easy to navigate. Tree-lined streets connect dedicated walking and cycling routes. Squares and focal points are woven into the masterplan, creating character and helping with wayfinding. Homes that are contemporary in style but rooted in local character.

We’re looking forward to seeing this part of the masterplan come to life, we continue to work on other areas of the development, including a primary school and further residential neighbourhoods.
