Planning Consent in Hertfordshire

A later living project for McCarthy Stone in Wheathampstead, St Albans, has been granted planning consent.

The proposals comprise an apartment building, a cluster of bungalows and communal landscaped gardens. The site layout, eaves heights and massing of the buildings has been carefully considered to respect the surrounding context.
