A 20-storey residential tower with commercial and community facilities at the base of the building located close to Aldgate East station and Brick Lane, London.

Despite the modest footprint of the site the project delivers 48 apartments, over 150m2 commercial space and 130m2 indoor play and community space. The new homes feature highly sustainable servicing, each equipped with individual air source heat pumps and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.
