Re-Format are working closely with Off Site Manufacturers to develop a series of compact self-contained dwellings. Following research and discussions with a number of local authorities and rental providers it was established that there was an opportunity to regenerate a whole host of urban locations that suffered from being rundown and blighted with unsocial behaviour. By introducing small communities of ‘cluster housing’ these areas could be transformed and provide much needed accessible housing.

The same compact dwellings could be used for low density schemes such a holiday homes or sensitive locations where they could be relocated as required.
