Re-Format was commissioned to design a range of units of different sizes and configurations with a broad market appeal. There is a range of house and flat sizes, tailored to the local market and configured to suit different lifestyles. The plans, layouts and bed spaces are determined by a defined client brief derived by the local market needs as mentioned above.

The proposed homes on the site are two-storey, detached or semi-detached in nature which is in keeping with the local housing patterns and character, thus relating well to their surroundings and skyline, and having respect for the nature of the setting. All have private gardens, allocated parking and some have private garages.

There is a communal area of open space incorporated on site for leisure activity and general amenity.
