Milford Road

Re-Format has been commissioned to design 49 houses on a site north of Milford Road in Pennington. The site will incorporate significant landscaping and public open space as it is located on the edge of the New Forest. Dwellings will comprise 50% affordable units with an emphasis on ‘later living’ dwellings with home/office provision to reflect current changes in working and living patterns.
