Hurst Farm Hurst Farm Petersfield Re-Format received planning and listed building permission on a delicate project which involved returning the existing listed building to use as one dwelling, where it was previously converted to two linked dwellings. A glazed link was also introduced from the main house to a converted outbuilding as a further extension of the dwelling. The existing building is listed Grade II and is a former farmhouse with associated outbuildings. It was subdivided in the 1960’s to form two linked dwellings. The aim of the proposals is to reinstate the historic features of the building where possible and to restore the external elevations to form an aesthetically cohesive family dwelling and to ensure its significant historical features are retained for the future.
