Gosport Waterfront

Re-Format has been commissioned to develop a mixed use scheme on the Waterfront in Gosport. The project acts as a catalyst for the development of proposals to facilitate the regeneration of the Waterfront and Town Centre.

The key objectives are to improve the vitality and viability of Gosport Town Centre by linking it with an attractive mixed use Waterfront development which maintains and creates important maritime employment.

This prime waterfront site will provide a large dynamic mixed-use development with stunning views across Portsmouth Harbour. The projected scheme will include residential and hotel accommodation, along with retail, food and drink, leisure facilities, offices, public realm, a visitors’ centre and a new transport interchange.
