Dogflud Way

As part of the ‘Re-Crafting Farnham’ regeneration project, Re-Format was asked to develop proposals for redeveloping the area around Dogflud Way in Farnham. This zone of the market town has been blighted for decades by the crude insertion of a 1960s relief road. The aim of the proposal was to repair the urban fabric by redefining the street scape and forming a series landscaped squares. By utilising the existing typography of the site, car parking was accessed at low levels and provided the opportunity to form the ‘urban gardens’.
