The narrow site proposal comprises 6 residential flats with balconies and roof terraces, along with a retail unit on the ground floor. The project involves refinement to an approved mixed-use redevelopment, and following demolition and site preparation, adjustments were identified to meet updated Building Regulations, the London Plan housing standards, and practical construction constraints. Key changes include improved fire safety cores, revised apartment layouts, and integration of private balconies. Externally the design has been refined with simplified brickwork, enhanced fenestration and a more coherent plinth-and-volume composition.
