Overview
Brooklands Square is a large retail led mixed use development for developer Places for People. It is a contemporary take on the traditional English market square and is to be the urban centre of the proposed Brooklands neighbourhood in Milton Keynes, a phased development comprising of approximately 2500 residential units, retail, commercial and community facilities on land to the south east of Milton Keynes.

Re-Format are responsible for the design of two plots on either side of the square, providing 54 new residential 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and approximately 2000m2 of retail and commercial space.
