Matt Joined Re-Format in 2023 following working in numerous award winning London design studios.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Brighton (where he has been subsequently involved with teaching) before completing his postgraduate studies at London Met’s School of Art, Architecture and Design, graduating with distinction. During his academic training he developed keen interests in civic generosity and urban domesticity.
He qualified as an Architect after achieving a distinction in his RIBA part 3 at the University of Westminster.
Matt has good design and delivery experience in private and local authority residential and education work of varying scales and enjoys the design challenges inherent in constrained sites and the joy that can be found in using simple materials in interesting and economical ways.
