Ruth joined Re-Format in 2014
She completed her Part 3 accreditation at the University of Portsmouth in 2016. Having gained considerable experience since becoming a registered Architect Ruth is now a senior member of the team, as well as leading projects she is plays a key role in managing our social wellbeing and professional development.
Ruth studied at the University of Liverpool for her bachelor’s degree, where she graduated in the top five students of the year, and at the University of Bath for her masters. She spent the year following her degree living and working in Darmstadt, Germany, participating in a range of unique projects and working to Passivhaus standards. She completed Passivhaus Consultant certification during her master’s studies and endeavours to bring awareness of the principles to each project within the office.
Ruth spends her free time paddle boarding or exploring the UK in her campervan, and organising the office annual fund raising challenge.
