Re-Format has been commissioned by McCarthy & Stone to create a new contemporary design solution for their later living concept in Alresford, Hampshire.

The scheme forms two elements, a new standalone development of 15 retirement apartments with basement parking, together with a radical conversion and extension of the Grade II listed mill building to form 5 unique apartments which feature dramatic double height living rooms.
