Brooklands Square Phase 1 Brooklands Square Phase 1 Milton Keynes Brooklands Square is a large retail led mixed use development for developer Places for People. It is a contemporary take on the traditional English market square and has become the urban centre of the new Brooklands neighbourhood in Milton Keynes. This a unique contemporary residential development comprising of approximately 2500 dwellings, retail, commercial and community facilities on land to the south east of Milton Keynes. Won in an architectural competition, and commissioned by Places for People, Re-Format has been responsible for 2 phases of development which enclose the new market square. The detailed scheme provides townhouses, apartments, leisure facilities, along with retail and commercial pace.
