Royal Haslar Royal Haslar Gosport This is one of the most important heritage projects in the south of England comprising a masterplan for listed Grade II* former naval estate of 63 acres. The core listed buildings will be refurbished to form a new community hospital and other existing buildings will be converted to hotels, offices, dementia care and veterans’ accommodation as well as approximately 600 new retirement homes in a ‘care village’ context.
