A private development instigated by Re-Format for nine 3 bed town houses with integral garages and south facing roof gardens. The project is located on a contentious brownfield site on the edge of Farnham which currently comprises a car park at the base of a steep embankment. The scheme has recently been granted planning permission via appeal with the planning inspector describing the scheme as ‘ingeniously designed to fit into a seemingly very constrained site’.
